We do what clients need for the post top urban light

 

The standard product is quite perfect for importers, distributors and wholesaler. However, what if some contractors need other color housing post top?

Ⅰ Customization of different colors housing

Most of post top urban lights are in black, while some markets require grey or other colors. We made it in UST03 Lotus urban light in grey and silver grey with low MOQ requirement.

Ⅱ Custom wall light version and client's feedback

Why we do wall mount version? It is for one client’s project which required a wall mounting light for the church. It must lighten an area before the building, and replace the existing fixture at the front of this church. The client strongly suggested to our UST03 Lotus. So our R & D team finally worked out a solution as the following images show. The clients made a positive remark on our design and retrofit of Lotus. It is this success that persuades us to believe that someone elsewhere must like the wall mount of it, somewhere must need it, too.

 

How UST03 wall mount help client?

Just stock the wall light bracket. AGC offers the parts, too. They can be shipped together with the light head, just put the parts in the boxes, which can lessen package space and save freight cost. Besides, there is no need to spend additional labor and transportation costs to purchase brackets and test samples.

Ⅲ UST03 at 75W with adjustable power resistor

This customization comes from one client who planned to promote our 75W UST03 as a standard model for the wholesale channel. But he wanted 35W to fit for some project demands, and lessen SKU in their warehouse.

So, we customized a dimming resistor, client only needs to plug in the resistor terminal with dim wire, then power is 35W, while taking off the resistor, power is 75W, this resistor costs 1USD only.

Ⅳ Power adjustment with DIP switch for UST03 Lotus

The brightness can be adjusted into 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%.

When shipped, the power dimming light will be covered with a dimming light protective sleeve.  it is well protected.
