Plants don't need too strong light .we only have to provide appropriate light intensity that satisfy the need of plants’ growth and germination. If the light intensity is not abundant , the photosynthesis and respiration of the plants can’t  reach a equal degree .it is impossible for plant to grow. if light intensity is too strong and  more than the light saturation point, it would be lead to the waste of electricity.so it is ideal that keeping light intensity match the light saturation point. let the plants can grow healthy with the fastest speed.
