Customer’s requirements

The requested solution is to re-use existing and already installed HID-fixture housings and just retrofit LED lighting source inside. The goal is to create more lighting than previously to a much lower energy consumption. The reason to re-use the old fixture housing is environmental reasons as well as installation time being reduced.

AGC customized tunnel lighting retrofit kits 

So, AGC customized TN04 retrofit kits with a power supply.

Fixture spec and offer:

Qty 636PCS in total, length in 40-50cm.

120W 15000lm to retrofit 150W HID replacement

190W 23750lm to retrofit 250W HID replacement

240W 30000lm to retrofit 400W HID replacement

The first stage, customer installed 40pcs samples for testing in March, 2023.

Two months later, they confirmed the order and installed all fixtures, please check more photos below. Why did we win this public tender? First, the customer has a clear requirement about the product. Second, AGC provided fast customization service and in-time delivery.
