Tennis is a popular sport worldwide, and here we would like to share some experience in relamping for outdoor tennis courts.
As communicated with a customer who is specialized in outdoor tennis court lighting, most existing fields have installed 2000W HID luminaires. Normally, on a one-on-one basis we need a LED luminaire up to 780W-800W with 110000lm.
The customer finished several outdoor tennis court projects with our FL28 sports light successfully. The typical tennis layout is two fields illuminated by four posts.
Three main features make FL28 outstanding.
1. Efficient, precision-asymmetric optics create optimal illumination and minimize light pollution. It achieved average 570lux, uniformity 0.76, and ZERO ULR with 4pcs FL28 600W F19802 and 4pcs FL28 800W F19802.
2. The driver box can be mounted separately on the lower end of the post, which minimizes the installation and maintenance costs.
3. Most sports facilities adopt a 3-phase electrical power system. The FL28 luminaire comes with A 400Vac input voltage, which is compatible with the power network directly.
