Adding EM backup kit for the LED fixture is normal requirement. Putting EM backup kit and LED driver inside of the housing would look nice and elegant, but it requires housing with sufficient space.
Putting EM backup kit on top of the housing and the LED driver inside of the housing is OK, but wiring between EM backup kit and the LED driver is complicated, and we need to find a place to install an indicator and ON/OFF switch for the EM backup kit. Our solution is to put an LED driver on top of the housing, and EM backup kit inside of the housing. Wiring is much easier, and EM backup kit could be waterproof. See below.
