In USA, there are many car parks, but they usually use shoebox lighting.  But in other countries, many outdoor car parks using street lights instead.  You may think, street light projects are only for government projects, difficult, big investment! But there are many car parks, they need to switch to LED not because of they care about energy saving, but they need better lighting. Such as the shopping mall car parks, they need better lighting to attract more clients.
