Special LED Warning Flood Light Installed on Overhead Crane in Factory

Overhead crane, is a type of crane used in industrial environments ,or is a kind of lifting equipment for loading, unloading or moving materials to save resources and improve efficiency. our focus today is not the overhead crane equipment, but  a led flood light that we've developed for use in overhead crane ,with special performance that are different from the general flood lights.

Before introducing the special led flood light, it is necessary to understand the environment of this luminaire to be applied. This will allow us to show you more clearly the site under which the light equipment will be used, where it will be installed, and why such a particular feature led flood light was developed. In these pictures, the first lighting fixture that comes into sight is the spatial lighting. That's what we call factory lighting. Usually, industrial lighting designers will recommend the factory owners to use led high bay light or led linear high bay to light up the workshop space. Special ones, for example, some factories with high ambient temperature will choose the high bay light which can withstand high-temperature . Chemical industry with high corrosion will also give priority to corrosion-resistant industrial luminaires.

but in addition to the spatial lighting, there are also some special lamps used here. for instance ,  a overhead crane warning flood light can bring workers and pedestrians a conspicuous warning of the movement of the hanging hook and load so as to  effectively avoid the occurrence of various personal safety accidents.

the special purpose of the led warning flood light 

as you can see on the picture above , if you install this led warning flood light on the overhead crane . the warning flood light will move with the hook or load  and emit a clear red light shape seen on the ground to warn-this site is a dangerous area that is not allowed to approach and  enter. this is a very human design.

Generally the warning flood light will be installed around the the hoist or trolley of overhead crane. As the movement of the heavy object may cause vibration of the hoist or trolley , leading to a flashing lighting effect, we have specially designed the mounting bracket to reduce the vibration of the warning light.
