The design of industrial led linear light is influenced by many factors such as cultural concept, aesthetic consciousness, material and technology etc and thereby deriving different appearances and styles. however,as industrial linear light , the decorative requirements is not so high as residential lighting and commercial lighting . but they have the same starting point-that is design for human being , what is so called " people-oriented design ".

people-oriented design is a new proposed concept for meeting further demand of people these years . it drive the development of lighting design and aid treatment of consumer's dissatisfaction existing on many products in the market today . consumer'dissatisfaction, in turn, is the direction that promote the lighting designer and manufacturers to innovate their products and is the source of value creation.  in the current situation of market, many companies usually pursue persistently economic benefit, totally overlook the source of benefit -producing satisfied  products . the neglect of innovation and reform will cause a serious problem to enterprise  -lacking motive force of development. 

in the customer’s complains of led linear high bay light, lighting glare is regarded as a question that hasn't been solved perfectly. Especially when people find that leaving eyes in high- intensity glare environment for long time will lead to a harmful effect to eyes and will decrease the work efficiency of workers as well. the reason why an innovation design of low-glare for led linear light can arouse the interest of consumers is that it is the difficulty what most of users are concerned and is the right product they seek in their heart.

Traditional HPS or HID linear light is gradually being replaced with led linear light. For many factory owners , they have been aware that the more number of conventional linear lights they use . the more they need to pay for the power cost.Subsequently, they have changed the old lights into led linear lights .however along with the use  of no-reflector led linear light, they find glare will cause some interference to the work. and this move them to pursue a better low glare solution in the field of industrial lighting.

the perception of them is that the lower led linear light glare is , the more practical value it is.hence , there is a new demand to develop and research a low glare led linear light based on existing basis-that is , one which can remain the high lighting efficiency , at the same time ,can reduce the glare . The suspicion of most of us is that how to keep these two contradictory characteristics at a balanced state.

The shift towards low glare from strong glare in illumination produced many fantastic ideas from the engineers in this industry during the previous design innovation.Changing the lighting divergence angle is a relatively correct thought. The motivation behind adding reflector or cover to lighting fixture is to change the divergent direction of lighting and prevent lighting from shooting at people’s eyes directly.

The original doing is to place the reflector outside the lighting fixture which , however, damaged pretty outline of linear light. Rough appearance is what most people can't accept . even if they grudgingly accept the flaw , once new reflector-integrated led linear light appears , consumers will turn to new product and the old one soon will lost competitiveness.so the previous way to reduce the glare was far from reaching the product expectation of users.

we think many people will raise the question why not set the reflector inside the light . this has to talk about the heat dissipation of linear light. Inside the luminaire , besides LEDs will give off some heat, led driver power also will discharge a certain quantity of heat. the problem of temperature rise is also one of major problem that has not been settled ideally.excessive temperature will burn out lamps. setting reflector inside is not good for conducting the produced heat and this will increase the temperature in the chest of lights fast resulting in shorter lifespan.
