Energy saving solution for LED industrial lighting

For energy saving solution, we have sold several thousand pieces of the LED

high bay(s) with Merrytek MS01 daylight sensor and MC031V Microwave motion sensor to the worldwide markets. It’s being a good solution for saving more energy and we are happy to introduce it to you.

MS01 daylight sensor detects the ambient light and then dims the wired high bay(s) automatically to maintain the preset lux level, for example, we preset one high bay to 300lux and install it in a closed single 10sqm room, when ambient light is over 300lux, this high bay keep off, when ambient light is 250lux, it dims to 50lux to achieve 300lux, when ambient light is 10lux, it goes up to 290lux. In a word, the ambient light changes 1 lux, the sensor reacts with 1 lux, and when the high bay is on, the response time would be very quick that is invisible to humaneyes.

How to set the MS01 sensors for end-user, such as 100pcs?

First, we need to light up one high bay only, preset it to the desired lux level by adjusting the potentiometer with a screwdriver like below photo, for example, the high bays should be installed 8 meters and desired lux is 300lux, let person A stands with a lux meter at 8 meters away from the sensor, person B keeps tuning the sensor until the lux meter reads 300lux, and the potentiometer is at the position in below photo. Then we just preset 99pcs sensors to the very similar position as the first one sensor we have done.Second, just install 99pcs high bays at one time.

MC031V is work base on the motion was detected and then dims the wired high bay(s) automatically to maintain the preset conditions. AGC standard preset is as follow.

The end user can set the motion sensor by dialing the code accordingly, it’s pretty easy, dialing the code up and down.

If cost is acceptable, AGC hasa new IP65 motion sensor with remote control in below photo, it means we do not have to set each sensor with much labor and time, just set it like we remote control a TV. And one remote controller can in charge of many pieces of high bays. It’s cool, right?
