Big Opportunity of Special LED Convey Light

On 22th, March, 2022, Khalid Al Mudaifer, Saudi Arabia's deputy minister of mining affairs, said that the global mining industry will be driven by growing demand for minerals and metals needed for the energy transition, as well as increasing competition among countries for supplies. The global quest for an energy transition is generating high demand for key minerals, estimated at 40 times current levels. Expanding Saudi Arabia's industrial and mining sectors is a key part of its Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to reduce dependence on oil revenues by diversifying the economy. 

Not only Saudi Arabia, but also many countries around the world are rich in mineral resources and have developed mining industry, which will have a very strong demand for related lighting fixtures. There is no doubt that the conveyor light for the mining industry will be a good opportunity.

Below is the common convey in market, the conveyor light of the mining industry are mainly monopolized by giants such as COLOON and DIALIGHT, there are few Chinese companies step into this industry.

In our opinions, the lighting fixtures used in mines must have strong waterproof performance and resistance to shock and vibration.

We developed a special convey light with IP66,  IK08 and 20KV protection. It is made by stainless 304 and LM6 material with cooper<0.1% and we did over 1000 hours salt spray test, which brings strong performance of anti-corrosion. This luminaire is designed to handle continuous exposure to vibration. 

We did more than 35 different tests before releasing this new product to market, the following are some photos, all tests were approved.
