600W LED Flood Light with Daylight Sensor in Warehouse

Skylights are very common in architecture. It is an important tool for integrating daylight into the space. Many buildings like to introduce skylights on the roof or side walls to make full use of natural light.Warehouses are no exception. Many warehouses have skylights on the roof or side walls.

as you can see above  , if your warehouse introduced skylights and the natural light is allowed into the interior spaces. The sunlight will have a influence on the brightness of the warehouse, and it will change with the rising and setting of the sun and the weather (such as rainy and cloudy). Most of the time the warehouse owners don't know how to make the most of the natural light that comes into the warehouse. they often turn all the high bay lights on at full brightness all day long. 

However, this is the worst way to do it . It will lead to a huge waste . Because it doesn't take full advantage of the natural light at all and does nothing to reduce the energy costs of running your business.

In the meantime, people have tried the way that turning the lights on and off according to the brightness of natural light to save energy. However, they are bored by the tedious operation process, the frequency of operation and the noticeable change in brightness, as it will greatly distract the attention of the employees who work under the lights. it is extremely not worth the cost. Then, again, they tried another half-measures to solve the problem- setting different lux level at different times. Similarly, there are many drawbacks to this approach. for example , a sudden weather change occur at a point when they predicted that the warehouse would be bright enough and  set a lower lux level . This approach is also less flexible. The unequal supply and demand for brightness, obviously, is a drawback.

The 600W led flood light with daylight sensor installed on the pillar via bracket is a solution closed to customer needs.  the daylight sensor is able to detect the light intensity of warehouse and feedback the signal to decide to dim up or dim down .  whenever the sun is shining and is proving more than the set lux threshold . these led flood lights will dim down and even probably turn off automatically. (depend on how you set them)

when it is coming to the night time or a sudden change in the weather , the lux level indoors reduce down to the set lux threshold, again, the daylight sensor will detect that immediately and all the led flood lights will dim up or turn on automatically. Using the daylight sensor on led flood light ,the brightness in warehouse can be always maintained at a steady level no matter how the natural light level changes.
